Adding note since GCC High does not support this
adding clarification to our docs since this feature is not supported on GCC High/Fairfax/US government/sovereign cloud. this other article should also be updated https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/enterprise-mobility-security/solutions/ems-intune-govt-service-description however, I was unable to create a pull request. getting 404 error after clicking "Edit"

With *Feature updates for Windows 10 and later* in Intune, you can select the Windows [feature update](/windows/deployment/update/get-started-updates-channels-tools#types-of-updates) version that you want devices to remain at, like Windows 10 version 1909 or a version of Windows 11. Intune supports setting a feature level to any version that remains in support at the time you create the policy.
