Document is out of date

The apple push certificates portal no longer downloads the certificate as .PEM ... it now downloads as .CER and needs to be renamed to .CER in order to circumvent this check: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/FaezjUEVsAArt8A?format=png&name=900x900
