# Managing Specialty devices with Microsoft Intune
33+
34+
Managing specialty devices will be covered by Microsoft Intune’s advanced endpoint management solution. Under this solution, additional licenses will be required to manage and protect devices that meet the definition of the specialty device.
35+
36+
> [!NOTE]
37+
> This advanced endpoint management license will be made available in the near future. Until this license is made available, you will only require a subsciption to Microsoft Intune for managing and protecting these devices.
