Update filters-reports-troubleshoot.md
Two updates - 1. Added 'Important" item to call out different behaviour for "Excluded groups" in reports (from cutomer feedback) 2. Generalized the App install status section as this now works across many workloads. Added a note that some workloads do not have it yet.

To troubleshoot if a user/device is filtered in or out of an Available assignment, use the **Filter evaluation report for devices**. To generate filter evaluation results, the end user must go to the list of apps in the Company portal app or website.
