Update microsoft-tunnel-upgrade.md

Adding in new container images as we're releasing an upgrade today. 

removing additions to mst-cli due to: the MSTCLI change was an addition for MIG.  It should have no impact for customers no need to doc. 

Could we release this with the 10am release cycle
