# Alerts in Windows 365
32+
33+
The Windows 365 Alerts system notifies you when specific events occur in your Cloud PC environment, like connection, provisioning, or image upload failures. By default, these alerts appear in the Microsoft Endpoint manager admin center as pop-up notifications (you can also turn on email notifications). You can customize the built-in alert rules:
34+
35+
- Set conditions and thresholds for triggering alerts.
36+
- Define the severity of alerts.
37+
- Turn each alert rule on or off.
38+
- Configure each alert to notify you in the console and/or by email.
39+
40+
## View alerts
41+
42+
To view the list of recent alerts, sign in to the [Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center](https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2109431) > **Tenant administration** > **Alerts (preview)**.
43+

46+
## Customize alert rule
47+
48+
1. Sign in to the [Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center](https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2109431) > **Tenant administration** > **Alerts (preview)** > **Alert rules**.
49+
![Screenshot of view alert rules.](./media/alerts/view-alert-rules.png)
50+
51+
2. Select a rule in the list.
52+
3. On the **System rule** page, make any changes that you want in the **Conditions**, **Settings**, and **Notifications** sections.
53+
![Screenshot of system rule.](./media/alerts/system-rule.png)
54+
4. Select **Apply** to save the changes to the rule.

### Monitor and troubleshoot
56+
57+
#### System alerts and email notifications (preview)<!--40932899 -->
58+
59+
You can now set up system alerts and automated emails to be notified when certain events, warnings, or errors occur in the Windows 365 service. A subset of critical Cloud PC issues will be sent automatically to admins. In addition, you can define alert rules, such as target audience (devices, user groups, tenants), thresholds, frequency, and notification channels. For more information, see [Alerts](alerts.md).

### Miscellaneous
63+
64+
#### Allow list URL change for Windows 365<!--41400001 -->
65+
66+
We've added a new endpoint which the Windows 365 service requires to be accessible: *.infra.windows365.microsoft.com". This is part of ongoing endpoint consolidation work to reduce the number of FQDNs required to be accessible for the service.
67+
68+
#### Windows 365 Business admins can provide feedback<!--41418099-->
69+
70+
By using windows365.microsoft.com, Windows 365 Business admins can now provide feedback just like users provide feedback. For more information, see [User feedback](end-user-access-cloud-pc.md#feedback).
