Add redirection entries for Microsoft Intune essentials and remove obsolete content

- Added multiple redirection entries for the Microsoft Intune essentials module in .openpublishing.redirection.json.
- Deleted outdated YAML files and their corresponding markdown content for the Intune essentials module, including introduction, core features, device management capabilities, application management, security integration, deployment strategies, and knowledge check.
- Removed the index.yml file for the Intune essentials module to streamline the repository.
