Update module UID and exercise unit

- Changed module UID from visualize-query-ontology-fabric-iq to visualize-ontology-fabric-iq
- Updated all unit UIDs to match new module UID
- Changed exercise unit title to 'Exercise - Visualize ontology data with Microsoft Fabric IQ'
- Updated exercise description to focus on visualization capabilities
- Changed note format to match other Fabric IQ exercises (Fabric capacity requirement)
- Removed 'query' language in favor of 'visualize' and 'explore'
