Fix EFLOW 1.3 CR support status: 'In support' -> 'August 2022'
EFLOW 1.3 CR is based on Azure IoT Edge 1.3, which ended support in August 2022. The table previously showed 'In support' which contradicts the IoT Edge 1.3 EOL date shown in the same page.
