- Update to reflect GA status and FedRAMP High accreditation achieved
- Remove Public Preview notice
- Remove future feature release timeline and six months parity commitment
- Add list of features currently available in Azure Government:
  Voice/Video Calling, Chat, Direct Routing, Call Automation,
  Call Logs, Call Recording, Email
- Add Related articles section
