Replace plain references to "Security Compute Units (SCUs)" with links to /copilot/security/manage-usage in two Sentinel docs (articles/sentinel/billing.md and articles/sentinel/datalake/sentinel-mcp-billing.md) so readers can quickly access SCU usage and management information when reviewing billing for AI reasoning tools.
