docs: resolve merge conflict in toc.yml for PR #314406
Upstream added 'Azure Data Explorer connector' entry while the PR removed unrelated entries (Log Analytics, managed identity, config deletion). Kept the new upstream entry alongside the PR's removals. Co-authored-by: Copilot <[email protected]>
