Fix image names to resolve validation warnings

Updated image names to expand acronyms and abbreviations:
- cis-linux-distribution-selection-versions.png → center-internet-security-linux-distribution-selection-versions.png
- cis-linux-parameter-structured-input-format.png → center-internet-security-linux-parameter-structured-input-format.png
- security-baseline-rules-list-checkboxes.png → security-baseline-rules-list-with-checkboxes.png
- azure-resource-graph-explorer-guestconfig.png → azure-resource-graph-explorer-guest-configuration.png

Updated all document references to match the new image names:
- specify-custom-parameters-for-baseline-policy.md (3 image references updated)
- view-compliance.md (1 image reference updated)

Also includes:
- Renamed understand-the-baseline-settings-parameter.md → understand-baseline-settings-parameter.md
- Updated index.yml and toc.yml references to match renamed file

These changes resolve validation warnings about disallowed acronyms and abbreviations in image names.
