Fix inconsistent IP ranges and typo in EFLOW virtual switch guide

- DHCP section referenced 169.254.229.x (link-local) instead of 172.20.0.x
  matching the table in the previous section
- Fixed doubled word ('you can you use' -> 'you can use')
- Fixed step numbering (hard-coded '6.' -> '1.' for markdown auto-numbering)
