docs: consolidate shared field path and expression content into expressions reference

- Move dot notation, escaping, wildcards, and metadata content from DF mapping doc to shared expressions reference
- Replace moved sections in mapping doc with summaries and links
- Add DFG-exclusive features callouts to DFG map doc
- Expressions reference is now the single source of truth for all shared syntax
