+# Can't create a Confluent connector
+
+This article helps you resolve issues when you can't create a Confluent connector in Azure.
+
+## Prerequisites
+
+- Access to the Azure portal and Confluent Cloud.
+- Permissions to create and manage Confluent connectors.
+
+## Symptoms
+
+- Unable to create a Confluent connector in Azure.
+- Error or failure when submitting connector creation form.
+
+## Cause
+
