Updated the retirement notice for Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) to emphasize migration to modern solutions and the removal of MDT integration.

* Revise MDT troubleshooting reference for retirement

Updated the troubleshooting reference to reflect the retirement of Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) and recommended migration to modern solutions.

* Revise MDT retirement notice in troubleshooting reference

Updated the retirement notice for Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) to reflect the end of support and recommended alternatives.

* Mark MDT as retired and update support information

Updated the troubleshooting reference to indicate that Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) is retired and no longer supported. Added cautionary notes regarding task sequence steps and suggested alternatives.
