fix: improve signature text template textarea layout and auto-resize

- Add flex layout to signature text template textarea for proper alignment
- Implement dynamic height adjustment for textarea based on content
- Fix textarea positioning to display inline with reset button
- Add CSS rules for responsive textarea sizing within flex container
