• CompatHelper: add new compat entry for FiniteDifferences in [weakdeps] at version 0.12, (keep existing compat) #59 and a bunch of other

#63 and #68 will have to be done separately (there was a breaking change that affects us)

If I didn't miss anything, this resolves everything except the ForwardDiff.jl v1 ones.
