Linux with JetBrains Runtime - issue with moving when using custom header, and multiple monitors

JDK - any jdk from JetBrains (21-25)

Moving is ok on left monitor. On bottom - bug repeated, but cursor jump to another position.

Also tried IntelliJ IDEA - and there no bug

Could you please run FlatScreenInfo and post the output?
(This is a single-file program that can be compiled/run without any other FlatLaf code or dependencies.
Since Java 11, you can run this program from source with: java FlatScreenInfo.java)

I see you're using JetBrains JDK.
Does the problem also occur with OpenJDK?

Does resizing the window have the same problem?

About another jdk - tested with adopt hotspot jdk . scale is 1x (not detected automatically)

About resize - yes&no, and now сursor not blinks, but blink size of frame. (jetbrains jdk)

I added -Dsun.java2d.uiScale=2.0 to adopt jdk, and moving is ok (O_o) (adopt jdk)

I can make a video with all tests if need (different jdks, different options)

Without decoration - no problems on any jdks

Also on JB JDK - right click popup at header has wrong position

Looks like a problem in converting Swing x/y mouse coordinates to X11 coordinates, which is done here:
