[Blocked] Enable support for ARM64

[ContractorOrientation]

When running file SQLite_and_SQL_Server_Compact_Toolbox_v4.9.46.vsix the install fails saying: Extension is not installable on any currently installed products. Certificate in the log says not before 10/3/2025 and not after 10/6/2025. Is this why it will not install? Visual Studio 2022 version 17.14.20
Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

@ContractorOrientation No idea, seems like an installer bug. Is all your VS instances up to date?

@ContractorOrientation Currently, ARM64 was not supported by the underlying library that I use - but it looks like this has changed recently, so I will consider adding support for that in the future.

This is currently blocked, needs improved .dll loading in System.Data.Sqlite 2.0
