Add ODL Support

Unfortunately ODL is not really on the bleeding edge from the software version perspective.
For APEX it only supports main releases like 5.0 or 5.1. But I want that this docker images has always the newest versions to the point downloading the repo.

For now i will manually maintain the download links. Since a couple of weeks the links are directly in the readme file too...
